It incorporates several exercises from Mr. Allen's professional experience as a Case Manager at Johns Hopkins Hospital Community Psychiatry, University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where Mr. Allen served as the lead Social Worker in the Violence Intervention Program, Progressive Life Center (youth diversion program) as an inner city youth counselor and Morgan State University where Mr. Allen was an adjunct professor instructing a Group Dynamics course.
