Not to be mistaken as raising a false alarm as we often do to downplay the seriousness of overwhelming events confronting us. It blares out a siren that is almost a trumpet, delineating the precipice where mankind is standing at this material time - blindly! That is to say that it captures the overall dangerous state of human affairs today, offering diagnostic principles for the re-establishment of viable governance of all human societies.
