She was a faith filled person who when she retired at seventy-two, was looking forward to continuing to do God's work as she lived her life in the comfort of her home. Small lapses of memory begin to occur in Mary's daily life. She recognizes the beginning signs of Alzheimer disease and has an attorney establish an irrevocable living trust that states her wish to remain I her home with care, if feasible. She names her niece JEAN as Power of Attorney and Stella as Trustee.
