Instead, He turned to His Father's own words and answered back, "It is written ... ," and it worked. Jesus was able to resist the enemy's advances and go on to fulfill His calling here on earth. That's how powerful God's words are. Today, you and I are blessed to have at our disposal this powerful tool-the Word of God in written form in our own language. In the pages that follow I present selected passages from the Scriptures that can be used to fight the enemy when he comes against you. Learn to use them well.
