Author Donna Beth Timmons originally wrote To My Joe as letters to her incarcerated son. A collection of modern-day parables, these letters explain biblical principles and answer questions on subjects from the Trinity and abuse to abortion, relationships and other life issues.With a degree in art education, followed by a 35-year career in the printing industry, Donna faced a son in prison and the loss of her drawing ability to rheumatoid arthritis. She began writing, providing answers to basic biblical questions in the form of parables simple enough for people of all ages to identify with.
