Soziale Nachhaltigkeit in der (Post)Migrationsgesellschaft

In der Diskussion um Nachhaltigkeit als Ziel einer großen Transformation werden Migration, Flucht und ihre Ursachen meist nur indirekt angesprochen. Doch sie sind Ausdruck globaler und nicht-nachhaltiger Entwicklungen. Transformation bedeutet daher auch, Migration nicht als Krisenphänomen zu verstehen, sondern als dauerhaft und gesellschaftlich nachhaltig relevant. Soziale Arbeit kann hier einen wichtigen Beitrag leisten: Sie erkennt, bearbeitet und bewältigt soziale Probleme. Der Band versammelt Erkenntnisse aus Forschungsprojekten, die eine subjektive und partizipative Perspektive auf Spannungsfelder von Transformation einnehmen. Die Autor*innen formulieren Erfordernisse institutioneller Transformation und setzen sich kritisch mit Ansätzen transformativer Bildungsforschung auseinander. In the discussion about sustainability as the goal of a major transformation, migration, flight and their causes are usually addressed only indirectly. Yet they are an expression of global and unsustainable developments. Transformation therefore also means understanding migration not as a crisis phenomenon, but as permanently and socially sustainably relevant. Social work can make an important contribution here: it recognizes, deals with and overcomes social problems. This volume brings together findings from research projects that take a subjective and participatory perspective on areas of tension in transformation. The authors formulate the requirements of institutional transformation and critically examine approaches to transformative educational research.
