Many of his publications have been translated into English and other major languages. ¿Abdul Kader Choughley is a South African Scholar whose major writings focus on Islamic revivalism (tajd¿d) in South Asia. His recent work, Sayyid Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi: Life and Legacy has been translated into Italian. Another noteworthy contribution to Qur'anic studies is his comprehensive study of the tafs¿r tradition in South Asia.
