Redeeming Brodie

A sheriff is dead. The murderer's gun lays by his side. It's 1945, and US Army Capt. Brodie Sawyer is deputized on his first night home from the war by Sheriff Baker. While searching for Brodie's younger brother, Bufford, along with two others suspected of robbery, a shootout ensues, and the sheriff is killed. Brodie is arrested for murder and unexpectedly released. After his release, Brodie moves his family west to start anew. Now, in 1970, Skylar Simpson, Brodie's daughter, is visiting her boyfriend, Matt Scott, on his ranch in Wyoming. It's only when his ex, Gina, arrives with an old newspaper clipping that Skylar is confronted by her father's nightmare. Gina's out for revenge and wants Matt Scott back. Without telling Matt, Skylar heads to East Tennessee where her family originated. Her mission is to discover what happened that night twenty-five years earlier and clear her dad's name. Discovering Skylar has gone and is uninterested in Gina's scheme, Matt realizes the love of his life may be in more danger than she knows and follows her east. Together, they soon discover she's in the crosshairs of a murderer from 1945. Can they find the truth from that night and stop the killer from reaching Skylar?
