Pashupati is one of the names of Lord Shiva. Pashupati means Lord of all living beings. Inspired by this aspect of God Mohani Heitel has sung four new mantras which are published on this CD for the first time. Despite technological and scientific progress as well as material prosperity, today many people are fulfilled with fears and the feeling of an existential uncertainty. One essential reason of this could be the increasing estrangement of man from his spirituality, his con-creatures and from nature. For instance particularly nowadays animals are often maltreated and tormented. Sufferings, caused to the defenseless animals fall indirectly back on the people as unconscious existential fears. To counteract this causal relationship, people ought to develop increasing high esteem and respect for all living beings again. Listening, singing and meditating on these mantras can contribute to experience the cosmic unity in the variety of the creation and to approach one's divine origin.
