There is something missing today when it comes to leadership. Whether leading in marriage, parenting or in the workplace deep and lasting influence is missing. Too much emphasis is upon the authority and techniques of leadership rather than where true leadership emanates from. This book is about influencing others on a deep level. Leaders with deep influence have this in common: they have a heart that has cultivated by God and His grace. It is this inner life which they draw from which connects with others providing the avenue to a deep lasting influence. Matthew (Matt) has served in local Church ministry for over 30 years. He has authored three books A Normal Guy, Joy for the Journey and Living with Passion. He is a coach to several pastors and has been featured on multiple TV shows including Cornerstone TV, Babbie's House and guest on several radio programs. He is a speaker at retreats, conferences and seminars. He is the Senior Pastor at Faith Evangelical Free Church is Stanley, Wisconsin. He enjoys coaching sports, reading, and helping his beautiful bride Cyndy for 33 years and is the father to four grown children.
