Is this me? Am I her? is a chronicle of Pamela James Coleman's roller coaster ride of life events. Coleman will take you through the good moments she experienced as a child growing up, which were shadowed by drinking, mental abuse, drugs, and lies. As you read, you will meet family members who did their best to protect her. You will see how living around alcoholism influenced and affected some, if not all, of Coleman's choices. Growing up, Coleman always wanted the life of the families seen on the television. She yearned for a mother-daughter relationship. Neither was meant to be. Her doctor suggested visiting a psychiatrist, but the money was tight. Not to mention, doctor visits were not in the budget either. So instead, Coleman put pen to paper to express her feelings, and this book became a healing process for her. This book is divided into three chapters, sharing the good times and the bad.
