Inner Change ~ Outer Impact is a powerful, trauma-informed workbook designed to guide justice-involved individuals through a journey of self-reflection, healing, and personal transformation. Created by nationally recognized mitigation specialist Dr. Jozlyn Hall, this independent study program helps individuals develop the emotional insight, accountability, and resilience needed to create meaningful change-within themselves and in the world around them. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate issued by The Connecticut Women's Consortium (CWC), a nationally respected leader in trauma-informed and gender-responsive behavioral health training.
