I AM THAT, I AM

"I AM THAT, I AM", whenever we say, "I am" and whatever we say next, our brain believes to be true, both positive and negative. When we say to ourselves, "I am smart, I am attractive, I am a good person, I am kind", our brain says to us, "Yes you are all of these things". When we say to ourselves, "I am an idiot, I am stupid, I am not attractive", or brain says, "Yes you are all of these things". In this book, you will, learn how to effectively communicate with yourself and learn positive self talk. I am a Professional Speaker with topics on motivation, goal setting, self-help, self-esteem, self-image and self-worth. At the time of writing this book, I wanted to help others who were struggling with these issues. When I was younger, I struggled with these same issues and most of my information is based on what I went through. That was when I realized that I was not alone, these challenges are shared by many people.
