Hidden in Plain View - The Genesis

I am Pastor Sederia G. Graves and I didn't always fall into the category of a good Christian woman. Growing up in Ohio in a family of six children was hard we were a poor family but we didn't live as if we were poor. My mother was a devout Christian woman and my father was a Pastor who I never had the honor of really getting to know. I was a PK or Preacher's Kid for those of you who are not familiar with the term. I have written this book as a trilogy for the sake of showing specifically three (3) different, very different phases of my life and how my path has taken me through the valley of the shadow of death and brought through the mercies of a God that most people today, especially our younger generation who refuse to acknowledge God as the God of Creation. My hope is that my life's journey will cross all lines in life inclusive of color, ethnicity, religion, denomination, and even agnostics and atheist which I don't believe in as my thoughts have always been in order to deny something exists you have to first acknowledge that there is a truth to disown. My prayers are that my candid openness about my life will bring hope, healing, and wisdom to the Christian community and even to those who feel that they can't be a believer in Christ because there are too many rules and regulations, too many I can't. As you read my story you will find yourself somewhere in the story and inevitably know that the God who became the God that I could understand is one of Love, Compassion, and Forgiveness and that there is nothing we can do that will cause Him not to love us or receive us once we are ready to acknowledge who He is in our lives. That's what I did and I found my way in love through Christ Jesus, his principles and the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
