These poems are spoken into existence from a photographic memory detailing human strife, fear, joy, and a measure of grace. Overcoming difficulty transports us further than we dared to go. Our lives depend on it. Poems from this collection have also appeared in WestWard Quarterly, Founder's Favourites (Canada), Mountain Ink, Elk River Living Magazine, Literature for the People (Malta, UK), and a juried selection in Women Speak (Women of Appalachia Project Anthology).
