It is based on the case study of the European Smart Cities and Communities Project "CITyFiED". The Project was funded under the EU 7th Framework Programme. Its goal was to develop a replicable, systematic and integrated strategy to adapt cities to the new smart City Trends. This guide describes a detailed exploitation approach that turns project results into long lasting benefits for all. It is relevant for all stakeholders involved in innovation-oriented demonstration Projects.
