He leaves quickly, needing to catch his flight. He gives her his number as a last-ditch effort. He doesn't think she will even use it, but to his surprise, she does. They start their fling with an end in sight, both of them thinking that the distance will be too hard. Yet, the longer they talk, the harder it is to deny that there may be more between them than just lust.
