The Calculation Training series continues with two volumes explaining the main tactical motifs of our game. Mastering these tactical motifs is essential to deepen your understanding of the game and become a better player. After all, you neither want to overlook the given chances by your opponent, nor blunder yourself! After a short intro discussing the various themes, it’s your turn to apply your skills. The interactive video format offers 296 unique exercises in total; some of them involve multiple questions, with solutions, typical pitfalls, and hints as well. We are starting with basic tactical themes like a double-attack, pin, discovered attack, trapped pieces, interference, and mate on this first volume.
