To Bennie's surprise, Rupert tells him about boxes of Christmas Crackers from Leicester that had been sent to the city centre shopping centre by mistake and he'd managed to recycle them into new cones barriers willing to join the local teams. What happens next shakes the Southampton City Maintenance Team to it's core and presents Bennie Barrier with his biggest challenge yet.
