A Study on Fuling Zhacai Culture

As the first academic monograph systematically studying regional food culture in China, A Study on Fuling Zhacai Culture adopts a cultural anthropology perspective to provide a comprehensive analysis of the cultural practices across the entire Zhacai (pickled mustard tuber) industry chain, constructing a trinity analytical framework of "production-circulation-consumption."
