The study interrogates legal approaches in dispute resolutions in the realm of agricultural land investments. It argues that the proposed UNIDROIT Guide on agricultural land investment contracts is the panacea to encouraging agricultural land investments yet still protecting all stakeholders’ interests including those of legitimate tenure right holders.
