He attended The Chicago Theological Seminary and earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree. Now retired Dr. Chapman served as an Ordained Minister for over thirty five years. Ordained in 1978, Dr. Chapman served his country as a US Army Chaplain and as a Chaplain for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Dr. Chapman hopes these messages inspire readers.
