After giving basic overviews as to the structure of morning and evening prayer, the author presents thirty-one exercises for each month, along with exercises for those who follow a liturgical calendar for Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and major special days that fall during the year. All that is needed to pray biblically in the morning and the evening is contained in this single volume in its eight chapters.
