All checked in on loved ones, neighbors, co-workers, watched the news in-depth that day, and asked themselves what can I do to help? Strangers became friends, because that's what Americans do-we help....Reading that passage, where were you? What were you doing? We all can recall that day, the day after, the week after and the months after.Salute to Service is a collection of stories of our military, and how they recall their personal day, what transpired next, and how September 11th impacted their career, personal life, and their family for days, months and years following 9/11.
